Lead Full-Stack (Python+ React) Developer

Will be a plus :

• Exposure to GenAI / LLM-powered solutions.
• Experience with NLP, semantic search, or transcript / text-based data analysis.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tools.

Soft Skills :

• Proven experience as a technical team lead : mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, driving architectural decisions.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interface directly with stakeholders and guide the team toward delivery.
• Ownership mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

English : Upper-Intermediate or higher
