SAP MDG Technical Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Technical Consultant to join our team and support enterprise-level Master Data Governance (MDG) projects. The role involves designing, configuring, and implementing SAP MDG solutions with a focus on data modeling, process design, integration, and enhancements. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure efficient governance, high-quality data, and seamless integration across systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of SAP MDG solutions for master data domains such as material, customer, vendor, and finance
• Configure and customize SAP MDG framework including data models, change request workflows, UI modeling, validations, derivations, and enhancements
• Develop custom applications, user exits, BADIs, BRF+ rules, and FPM configurations to meet business requirements
• Implement data replication and integration with SAP ECC, S / 4HANA, and non-SAP systems using SOA, ALE, IDocs, and web services
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements, analyze as-is processes, and design to-be solutions in SAP MDG
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards, security, and quality guidelines
• Provide support for SAP MDG upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations
• Document technical designs, configurations, and processes in line with project standards
• Guide junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer sessions when required
