Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist
The main goal is to source top talent for various industries. As a seasoned recruitment expert, you will identify and attract high-caliber professionals across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, supply chain, operations, finance, healthcare, and professional services.
Key skills for this role include strong communication abilities, a proven track record of building and managing candidate pipelines, and expertise in sourcing and engagement techniques using social media and job boards.
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to negotiating offers.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Engineering and Non-IT recruitment, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, civil, and industrial engineering roles.
