Job Title : Sr. Mobile Developer (Flutter / React Native)

Job Description : We are seeking for senior Mobile Developer (Flutter / React Native). As a Senior

Mobile Developer (Flutter / React Native), you will be responsible for leading the mobile app

development efforts, overseeing the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of our mobile

applications built with React Native. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and

backend engineers to deliver high-quality and scalable mobile solutions. This role requires strong

technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for mobile development.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using Flutter / React Native.
Lead the technical design and architecture of mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Mentor and coach junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices
are followed.
Implement unit tests and automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality of code.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and improve system
architecture.
Stay up-to-date with mobile development trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent

experience).

10+ years of professional experience in mobile app development.

7 + years of hands-on experience with Flutter / React Native.

Solid understanding of JavaScript and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax.

Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.

Proficiency in using mobile UI frameworks and components.

Knowledge of mobile platform APIs and native components integration.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Strong debugging skills and ability to find and fix performance issues.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Experience with native mobile development (iOS or Android).

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Understanding of mobile security best practices.

Experience with TypeScript.

Knowledge of Firebase or other backend as a service (BaaS) platforms.
