About the Role :

We are hiring a Microsoft Co-Pilot Developer to support a leading Fintech client in building intelligent, productivity-enhancing solutions using Microsoft 365 and Azure. The role involves integrating Co-Pilot capabilities into enterprise environments to streamline workflows and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement Microsoft Co-Pilot solutions across M365 applications (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).

Develop intelligent workflows using Power Platform and Microsoft Graph API.

Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to identify automation opportunities.

Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant implementations aligned with enterprise standards.

Participate in solution architecture, documentation, and deployment activities.

Required Skills :

Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure development.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Co-Pilot architecture and integration.

Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Microsoft Graph API, and Azure AD.

Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook extensibility.

Knowledge of modern authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID).

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Certifications :

Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate

Microsoft Certified : Azure Developer Associate
