Role :
The Client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Project Coordinator with 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in Healthcare IT , to support the successful planning and execution of technical projects. The ideal candidate will assist project managers in coordinating deliverables across internal business teams and external technology vendors, ensuring timely and quality execution aligned with healthcare compliance standards.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate daily project activities and track progress across technical and vendor teams.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Support vendor management activities, including communication, deliverable tracking, and performance reporting.
- Maintain and update project tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel trackers.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and track follow-ups and action items.
- Help monitor technical team and vendor adherence to timelines, milestones, and SLAs.
- Coordinate issue resolution and escalate risks or delays to the project manager or leadership as needed.
- Ensure proper documentation of project deliverables, test results, and approvals in compliance with healthcare IT regulations (HIPAA, HL7, etc.).
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and product teams of third party vendors on project execution.
- Assist with onboarding and coordination of third-party vendor teams.
Requirements
Educational Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.Project management coursework or certifications (e.g., CAPM, Scrum Fundamentals, or similar) is a plus.3–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a healthcare IT environment.Exposure to technical project lifecycles including development, testing, and deployment.Familiarity with vendor coordination or working with technical teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge of healthcare IT standards and data privacy compliance (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) is a plus.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.Preferred Skills :
