Role Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and make arrangements for travel and accommodations.
- Greet and assist visitors, and answer / direct phone calls as needed.
