Responsibilities & Duties
- Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Data mining for finding out prospective customers.
- Understand the customer's requirement and educate them about our solutions.
- Provide accurate pricing estimates and explain service levels, turnaround times, and procedures.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system for potential customers until closure.
- Record all interactions, leads, and conversions .
- Payment realisations from customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with distressed customers.
- Lead Generation, negotiation and collaboration with all stake holders.
- Selling solutions to partners, SMEs and Corporates.
- Demonstration / Presentation to Potential Customers.
- Handling of Partners and Customers.
- Win and manage clients and at all levels from all industries.
- Utilizing existing networks and relationships to build new business.
- Understand competitors and introduce sales strategy to penetrate these potential clients.
- Experience in selling security software.
Skills & Qualifications
BE and MBA(Marketing and IT preferred )1–3 years of experience in inside sales in the field of cybersecurity / data security products / solutions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English and local language).Salary : No bar for the right candidate
