Site IT Manager

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 10+ years of IT work experience , preferably in a complex manufacturing environment, with a strong preference for the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in ITIL / ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, and Availability Management).
• Understanding of network topology , device management, and plant networks (OA, MPN, CPN).
• Experience with project management tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Master's degree in a related technical field.
• Cloud (GCP) / Server / Network Certifications.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and applications in a manufacturing setting.
• Previous Plant IT Manager or manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience collaborating with non-IT functions (manufacturing, HR, finance, etc.).
