Apprentice

We are seeking a proactive and determined Apprentice to assist in the design, development, and execution of our projects. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience by supporting senior engineers, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a hardworking individual with strong analytical and communication skills, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design & Project Support :
• Assist senior engineers in reviewing design basis reports, drawings, and in developing and implementing project plans.
• Prepare daily progress reports , documents, and presentations to communicate project status.
• Assist in the testing and commissioning of civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering systems.
• Site Inspections & Compliance :
• Conduct site inspections on a daily basis to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in quality control , ensuring that civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering projects meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaboration & Skill Development :
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop project management skills in areas such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation .
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies .
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Safety & Environment :
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
