Job Title: Officer – Industrial Engineering

Location : GIA Apparels, Jordan

Key Responsibilities

• Support line loading, data collection, and SMV verification.
• Assist with line balancing, operator allocation, and layout preparation.
• Conduct basic capacity studies and report bottlenecks.
• Support method improvements and daily efficiency tracking.
• Maintain operator skill records and provide data for incentive systems.
• Assist in training new operators and maintaining standard workplace practices.
• Prepare daily IE reports and assist with MIS data.
• Perform tasks assigned by senior IE staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Industrial/Textile Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in IE or garment manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of IE concepts and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
