Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Electrical Maintenance

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems.
Troubleshoot electrical issues in lighting, power distribution, motors, and backup generators.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and codes.
Perform routine electrical inspections and preventive maintenance.

Air Conditioning (AC) Maintenance

Install, service, and repair all types of air conditioning systems (split, window, central HVAC).

Troubleshoot refrigeration circuits, compressors, condensers, and related components.

Monitor and maintain AC system performance for optimal cooling and energy efficiency.

Clean and replace filters, check refrigerant levels, and perform leak detection.

Safety & Compliance

Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE while working.

Maintain logs of maintenance activities and service reports.

Coordinate with vendors and external contractors when required.

Ensure all work complies with regulatory and environmental standards.

Emergency Support

Respond promptly to electrical or HVAC breakdowns and emergencies.

Provide technical support during power outages or HVAC failures.

Qualifications & Experience :

Diploma / ITI certification in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or equivalent technical field.

Proven experience (2+ years) as an electrical and AC technician in healthcare or industrial settings preferred.

Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and HVAC system components.

Skills & Competencies :

Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for electrical and HVAC systems.

Ability to read electrical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.

Knowledge of various AC systems and refrigeration principles.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical fitness for handling installation and repair tasks.
