Our Head Office is located in Mahim, Mumbai, where a team of 38 professionals work across Marketing, Finance, HR, and Administration. We are now seeking a vibrant, people-loving HR Executive to join our growing family and play a key role in our expansion journey.

Role Description – HR Executive (Full-Time, On-Site | Mahim, Mumbai)

We are looking for an energetic and responsible HR Executive who can handle end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with PF, ESIC, EPF, and other government compliance processes, while maintaining a friendly, approachable, and positive personality that reflects SukhoThai’s warm and welcoming culture.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure timely PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with government departments and consultants for EPF filings and labor law compliance.
  • Manage employee engagement, motivation, and internal communications.
  • Conduct induction and training sessions for new joiners.
  • Support in performance evaluations, appraisals, and grievance handling.
  • Assist management in implementing HR policies and welfare initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in hospitality, retail, or wellness industry).
  • Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, EPF, and statutory compliance procedures.
  • Strong recruitment and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Jovial, positive, and people-friendly personality with the ability to engage teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HR software tools.
  • Compensation :

    Salary Range : ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skillset)
