About the Role

• To take control of all day-to-day corporate legal functions of the Company and its other group companies, including responsibility to formulate policies, their implementation and compliances thereof. Primarily, you shall be responsible for all business contracts, HR-legal subjects, commercial litigations, etc.;

and thereby upkeep the legal health of the Company.
