We connect clients with licensed Muslim therapists who understand their faith, values, and cultural context. The service offers confidential video sessions to address stress, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. Our mission is to provide care that aligns with Islamic beliefs, fostering healing, growth, and spiritual wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients who have shown interest in therapy sessions via calls, chats, or CRM leads.
• Understand client concerns and emotional wellness goals to recommend the most suitable therapy plan.
• Clearly explain Shifa Therapy’s programs, benefits, pricing, and therapist matching process.
• Handle both inbound and outbound communications with international clients (primarily from the US).
• Work towards achieving monthly sales and conversion targets through effective consultation and empathy-driven conversations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups using the CRM system.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing to improve client engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the Therapist Coordination and Leadership Teams to share feedback and continuously improve client experience and sales processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor by ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and confident before beginning therapy.
