Job Description – Dot NET Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Technical Lead with 7+ years of hands-on development experience and at least 3 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will be proficient in .NET Core, MVC 5, Web API, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, and JQuery , with strong knowledge of Git, cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), DevOps practices (CI / CD, Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture. Exposure to Sitecore, Umbraco, React, or NextJS is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable .NET web applications.
• Drive architectural decisions ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor and guide developers, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
• Oversee project timelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality through TDD.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, perform impact analysis, and adopt emerging technologies.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT with strong communication and leadership skills.
