Role Overview
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the brand's presence across all social media platforms. The role includes content planning, execution, community engagement, performance tracking, and working closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and create engaging content calendars in collaboration with the design and content team.
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance of campaigns and posts.
- Analyse ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads – if required) and coordinate with HOD.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community relationships.
- Research latest trends, tools, and competitor strategies to bring innovation.
- Coordinate with influencers / UGC creators for brand collaborations.
- Ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice are maintained across all platforms.
- Work closely with e-commerce and marketing teams to support product launches and campaigns.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms & tools.Creative thinking and content ideation.Excellent communication and copywriting skills (English & Hindi / Regional language preferred).Basic knowledge of ad management tools (Meta Business Suite, Google tools).Analytical mindset with ability to read insights and optimize campaigns.Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management.Freshers with strong internship experience can also apply.What We Offer
