Position Overview

As a Social Media Content Creator , you will be responsible for developing engaging digital content, managing our social platforms, and building a strong online community around our brand. You will work closely with our recruitment and leadership teams to promote job openings, highlight company culture, and attract both candidates and clients.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in social media management or content creation (staffing / recruitment industry is a plus).

Strong writing, storytelling, and design skills.

Proficiency with Canva, Adobe tools (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe premium) or similar platforms.

Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and digital strategy.

Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube algorithms and best practices.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and generate fresh ideas.

Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
