Job descriptionConduct thorough needs assessments to understand the requirements and preferences of prospective students. Recommend appropriate courses from our portfolio that align with learners' goals and objectives. Conduct persuasive and engaging sales presentations over the phone to showcase the value and benefits of our courses. Effectively communicate key features, course details, and advantages to potential learners. Handle objections and address customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and other terms to secure enrollments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential learners through regular follow-ups and personalized interactions. Nurture leads through ongoing communication and engagement to facilitate future conversions. Keep detailed and accurate records of all calls, interactions, and progress toward individual and team targets. Provide regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status. Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies. Provide feedback and insights to enhance the effectiveness of sales efforts and achieve organizational goals. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
