Job Description
- Responsibilities :
- Plan and maintain a rolling content calendar aligned to brand goals and campaigns.
- Own the content strategy and copy; work with design / video partners to produce assets; ensure every post goes out with strong hooks, captions, and CTAs.
- Maintain brand voice and aesthetics across everything produced—strategy, copy, design, video, community interactions, creator partnerships, and reporting.
- Monitor comments / DMs; respond promptly or route to the right team.
- Maintain and enhance business / brand listings and catalogs (e.g., Google Business Profile, LinkedIn Page, Instagram / Pinterest catalogs) for visibility and SEO.
- Own email marketing end-to-end : calendar, copy / design, segmentation, automations, A / B tests, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, sales, and customer support to keep messaging consistent.
- Stay current on platform trends, features, and policy changes.
- Assist in photoshoots (planning, shot lists, styling) to ensure high-quality photo / video assets for website and social.
Requirements
Requirements :4–5+ years of experience in social media and content creation for brands.Excellent writing (long-form and short-form) and storytelling—clear, concise, on-brand, and error-free.Strong command of English; excellent written and reading skills.Hands-on with major social platforms and common scheduling / analytics tools.Familiar with email marketing platforms and best practices.Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.Nice to have : experience with influencer / creator sourcing and talent evaluation.Benefits
