Candidate need to be from Full Truck Load (FTL) Background with experience of 10-12 years , computer literate below mentioned Job role .

• Managing business & operations and responsible for Branch profitability and business growth.
• Ensures optimal revenue and profitability by conducting regular reviews and acquiring new full truck business from corporate customers.
• Recruit, manage, lead and motivate team to achieve targeted goals and conduct on job training with team on a regular basis.
• Managing the operations and Business Development and working as profit Center head.
• Managing & developing Vendors / Transporters for smooth transactions.
• Retention of customers; providing them customized solutions.
• New vendor development & Strategic Planning with the management.
