Critical Points

Mentorship & Supervision Framework

We’ve said interns work 3.5–4 hours daily + practicum, but

who supervises them daily? Main Teacher and Coordinator as and when required.

Assessment Ownership

While SNDT handles course-end exams, who is responsible for

evaluating practicum (lesson plans, reflective journals, etc.) ? All submissions will be evaluated by the Hubblehox team

Exit & Continuity Plan

If an intern

drops mid-year , what happens to :

Classroom replacement? New intern / EF to be hired

Certification continuity? Since the training fee is being incurred by the school, the intern will be required to enter into a contract with the school to remain on board for a stipulated duration. If, at any point, the intern discontinues or resigns before completion of the agreed period, they will be liable to reimburse the entire course fee of ₹60,000 / -.

Summary of Critical Additions for Planning

Mentorship & supervision roles clarified.

Practicum assessment responsibility split (school + SNDT).

Screening / selection step for interns.

Exit / backup plan for mid-year dropouts.

Monitoring system (dashboard or reports).

Internal communication / orientation for teachers.
