ROLE - Architect - Workday HCM Compensation
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 4 to 7 years of expertise in Workday HCM Compensation. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on designing and implementing Workday solutions to optimize human capital management processes. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts offering a balanced work-life environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Workday HCM Compensation solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.
