Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Understand client needs and propose relevant IT solutions (web, mobile, eCommerce, or custom software).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, marketing) to create proposals, quotations, and project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Required Skills & Bachelors / master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in IT services).
  • Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales deals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client-friendly solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online research platforms.
