Job Title : Enterprise Architect

Experience Required : 8-10 years

Location : Bengaluru

• Having 8+ years of experience in managing and supporting Data center & cloud infrastructures
• Design and architect data center infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and security components.
• Develop comprehensive infrastructure strategies to support high availability, scalability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of hardware and software solutions for data center operations.
• Experience in designing solutions and implementation of on prem workload migrations to cloud
• Collaborate with IT, facilities, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee the deployment and migration of data center resources, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures for data center management and security.
• Monitor and optimize data center performance, capacity, energy efficiency, and costs.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to infrastructure engineers and operational staff.
