RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategic Marketing Development :

  • Design, develop, and execute creative marketing programs and plans that strategically employ a variety of activities, including events, direct and digital communications, thought leadership, public relations, and advertising.
  • Leverage both internal marketing resources and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs.

Content & Collateral Management :

  • Manage and produce marketing content across the India practice, including knowledge and research reports, firm profiles, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Aid in developing thought leadership materials such as newsletters, white papers, and surveys that support business objectives.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO Management :

  • Lead digital marketing efforts for the region, including maintaining and publishing content on the India website.
  • Maximize the use of social media to promote marketing efforts and continuously improve search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Event & Conference Management :

  • Organize, promote, and manage various types of events, conferences, webinars, and sponsorships within the region.
  • Build relationships with corporate bodies like CII, FICCI, IVCA, and others to further promote the brand through collaborative efforts.
  • Public Relations & Brand Exposure :

  • Maximize exposure of the Duff & Phelps brand through public relations activities.
  • Manage relationships with PR agencies and act as the corporate relations liaison for media engagement.
  • Sales Enablement & Support :

  • Assist the sales team by developing sales templates, marketing brochures, and other tools that aid business development.
  • Promote best practices in utilizing the firm's Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, maintaining data quality and supporting business teams in managing client relationships.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy :

  • Continuously monitor and understand the competitive landscape and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Leverage market trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to fine-tune marketing strategies and maintain Duff & Phelps' competitive edge.
  • Budget Management & ROI Reporting :

  • Deliver marketing results within a well-managed budget.
  • Track marketing spending and report on return on investment (ROI) for various marketing activities.
  • Regional Alignment & Strategy Execution :

  • Align local marketing activities with Duff & Phelps' global marketing strategy to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Work to raise brand visibility in the region and ensure all marketing efforts adhere to global standards and best practices.
  • Progressive Regional Role :

  • Over time, expand support to other Asia offices, including Singapore and Japan, with a view to becoming more involved in regional marketing initiatives.
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Experience : 6+ years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on digital marketing, events, content development, public relations, and brand strategy.
  • Education : A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise : Proven experience in SEO, content marketing, social media management, and website content management (e.g., CMS, Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Event Management : Demonstrated success in organizing and promoting events, including sponsorships, webinars, and corporate conferences.
  • Brand Strategy & Communications : Expertise in creating and executing brand-building marketing strategies that align with both global and regional objectives.
  • Public Relations : Strong experience managing PR agencies and handling media relations, ensuring the company's thought leadership is represented effectively.
  • Sales Support : Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Creative Content Development : Skilled in content creation, editing, and proofreading thought leadership pieces, newsletters, white papers, and research reports.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management : Ability to manage relationships with internal teams, external vendors, corporate bodies, and media outlets.
  • Budgeting & ROI Tracking : Hands-on experience managing marketing budgets and measuring the ROI for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Flexibility & Travel : Willingness to travel for events and other regional marketing needs.
  • Regional Growth Potential : A keen interest in expanding the marketing role across the Asia region, including supporting offices in Singapore and Japan.
