Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Supply Chain Manager who can develop, optimize, and oversee end-to-end supply chain processes for our learning materials, certified program assets, global partner logistics, and operational workflows. This role requires strong coordination capabilities, a process-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, vendor management, production planning, and distribution of course materials and certification kits.
• Develop systems to streamline inventory, forecasting, and operational workflows to support global program launches.
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers, printers, logistics partners, and distribution vendors.
• Implement KPIs to measure supply chain performance, cost efficiency, reliability, and fulfillment accuracy.
• Oversee quality assurance processes for all program materials and certification assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, programs, operations, and finance teams to support seamless program delivery.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and enhance overall supply chain resilience.
• Support digital and physical product rollouts across new markets and partner institutions.
