YAP Media is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical Ad Ops Specialist to support the execution and delivery of advertising campaigns across our rapidly growing podcast network. Reporting directly to the AdOps Manager, you will play a key role in campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting to ensure successful delivery for our advertisers.

In just two years, YAP Media has become one of the top business and self-development podcast networks, partnering with major brands such as Airbnb, LinkedIn, Shopify, and the International Olympic Committee. As our network grows, we’re expanding our AdOps team to maintain world-class campaign execution and support continuous revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with data, and takes pride in operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Campaign Setup & Execution

• Set up new advertising campaigns in Megaphone and ensure all targeting, pacing, and scheduling parameters are accurate.
• Upload creatives, confirm deliverables, and coordinate with podcasters to ensure they have the correct scripts and instructions.
