Key Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Role Description

• Manpower planning and budgeting.
• Finalizing the Organization structure.
• Succession planning for Leadership , managerial and critical positions
• Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities.
  
  

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Campus branding and campus placements.
• Designing and launching the Internal Job posting process. Managing internal job transfers
• Preparing and maintaining the job description repository
• Ensuring on boarding of manpower in line with the launch plans.
• Ensuring quality of recruitment.
• Ensuring an optimal sourcing mix.
• Implementing the application tracking system and generating reports
• Responsible for the identification, contracting and management of vendors that supplement recruitment needs.
• Preparing and developing recruitment material- eg brochures and further particulars.
• Screening application forms and short listing applicants.
• Keeping recruitment costs in control and developing alternate sourcing channels.
• Managing the employee reference proces
