About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer in Quality Engineering (QE) to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing and a deep understanding of modern testing frameworks. Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts using C# and FLAUI for desktop applications.
Utilize Selenium for web application testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and define test strategies.
Identify, analyze, and document defects; track testing progress and provide regular status updates.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test data required for various testing phases.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies through research and development of new automation tools and frameworks.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior automation engineers in best practices and automation techniques.
Participate in agile ceremonies and advocate for quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

7 to 10 years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.

Required Skills :

Proficient in C# and hands-on experience with FLAUI and Selenium.

Strong knowledge of automation testing methodologies, practices, and tools.

Experience in developing test automation frameworks and test case designs.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
