We have an opening for Head of Legal for Mumbai Location.

Job Description :

Position- Head of Legal Department, Reporting to CEO / Managing Director.

1. Land Acquisition & Title Due Diligence.

2. Regulatory Compliance,3. Contract & Agreement Management

4. Litigation & Dispute Management

5. Risk Mitigation, Ensure compliance with RERA, local municipal laws, zoning laws, building codes, environmental clearances, etc.

6. Handle legal processes for project approvals, licenses, and NOCs

Skills

Education-LLB / LLM especially with focus in Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, or Business Law with, min. 15+ Yrs relevant experience in real estate. Key Competencies- Risk Management & Compliance, Legal & Regulatory Expertise, Strategic & Commercial Acumen
