About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Delivery Recruiter to oversee end-to-end technical hiring, talent delivery operations, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT recruitment across diverse technology domains, proven delivery capabilities, and the ability to drive high-volume and niche hiring in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Handle mid to senior-level and niche technical requirements across multiple technology stacks.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networks, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
- Negotiate salary packages, manage offer rollouts, and minimize candidate dropouts.
Delivery Management
Lead IT hiring delivery for assigned business units, ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions.Create hiring plans based on workforce forecasts and project needs.Maintain strong pipelines to support high-urgency and high-volume recruitment.Track and report hiring metrics, SLAs, TAT, and delivery status to leadership.Stakeholder & Client Management
Collaborate with hiring managers, delivery leaders, and project teams to understand talent needs.Provide market insights, hiring trends, and strategy recommendations.Conduct regular review meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners.Ensure exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.Process Excellence & Compliance
Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.Maintain compliance with company hiring standards, documentation, and audit requirements.Maintain and update ATS / CRM systems with accurate hiring data.Required Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT recruitment and talent delivery.Strong understanding of technical skills, IT roles, and current market demand.Proven expertise in hiring for mid-level, senior-level, and niche technology roles.Experience managing high-volume hiring and meeting aggressive delivery timelines.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong proficiency in sourcing tools, ATS platforms, job portals, and Recruiter.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in IT services, consulting, product, or staffing organizations.Ability to handle global stakeholders and international recruitment.Knowledge of workforce planning, talent forecasting, and recruitment analytics.Experience mentoring junior recruiters or leading small recruitment teams.Why Join Us?
