About the Role
We are seeking a
freelance, results-oriented Business Development Executive
to help expand our staffing and recruitment business. In this role, you’ll leverage your network and sales skills to identify new clients, pitch recruitment solutions, and generate business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients across industries.
Generate and follow up on leads via calls, networking, and LinkedIn outreach.
Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals independently.
Coordinate with our recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Track business activity and share regular progress updates.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Human Resources (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in business development—preferably in staffing, recruitment, or HR consulting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and CRM tools.
Comfortable working on a commission or revenue-sharing model.
