Role Objective

Lead and manage the end-to-end Business Correspondent (BC) operations to ensure seamless delivery of banking services through BC partners / agents, drive financial inclusion goals, and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning :

Develop and implement BC channel strategy to expand rural / under-banked outreach.

Forecast and allocate budgets, resources, and KPIs for BC operations.

Operations Management :

Oversee onboarding, training, and monitoring of BC agents and partner organizations.

Ensure smooth cash management, transaction processing, and service delivery at BC outlets.

Compliance & Risk Control :

Ensure adherence to RBI and bank policies, AML / KYC norms, and information security standards.

Monitor fraud risk, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.

Technology & Process :

Liaise with IT teams for CBS / AEPS / UPI integration and system uptime.

Drive process automation, MIS reporting, and performance dashboards.

Performance Management :

Set targets, review productivity, and implement incentive programs for BC agents.

Conduct regular field visits and partner reviews.

Stakeholder Coordination :

Work with product, marketing, and compliance teams for new initiatives.

Manage relationships with external BC network partners and regulators
