Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Assistant Art Director / Senior Visualiser to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, exceptional design thinking, and the ability to translate ideas into high-impact creative work. Experience in hospitality and F&B branding will be an added advantage. This role requires creativity, clarity of thought, and the ability to independently handle multiple design requirements with precision and patience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design visually compelling creatives for hospitality and F&B brands.
• Develop campaign concepts and translate them into static, video, and digital-first designs.
• Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to bring ideas to life.
• Create mood boards, layouts, storyboards, and design directions for campaigns and shoots.
• Maintain strong visual consistency across brand assets, adhering to guidelines and brand identity.
• Stay updated with global design trends, new tools, and visual styles to keep the work fresh and contemporary.
• Present design ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients when required.
