Role Overview

As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a large pool of Software Engineers and Solution Architects, driving the development of our Fintech / Insurtech products. You will oversee the technical strategy and implementation of solutions built on Microsoft .NET technologies, frontend frameworks like React.js, and databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle and MongoDB. This role requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
