Role Overview
This is a key Individual Contributor (IC) role with full ownership of K–12 school partnership development in assigned regions.
The ideal candidate will independently identify, engage, and onboard schools to implement our educational programs.
The role requires strategic relationship management, consultative selling, and accountability for regional business targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential partner schools across assigned territories.
- Conduct consultative discussions with school management and academic heads to understand needs and propose suitable partnership models.
- Pitch / Present, demonstrate, and position our educational programs as value-driven academic solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and demo to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal academic and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly and annual partnership targets.
- Maintain CRM discipline, track pipeline progress.
