Job descriptionChartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Minimum 20 years of experience in finance and commercial leadership. Experience in IT / ITES industry, especially in pricing leadership roles. Proven track record in customer negotiations and pricing strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience with pricing tools and software is preferred. Understanding of global markets and pricing dynamics. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving. Ability to lead complex projects across diverse teams.
