POSITION : Executive - Program Management

COMPANY : Chemplast Sanmar Limited

DIVISION : CMCD

NO OF POSITIONS : 1

LOCATION : Berigai, Tamilnadu (Hosur)

A - JOB PROFILE :

  • Coordinate internally with all functions to assess the status of the projects and their risks in Chemical Manufacturing
  • Present project updates to customer along with delivery team of R&D, pilot, manufacturing, sourcing

A - 1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Review projects on a weekly basis with all stakeholders
  • Prepare for customer calls which are typically fortnightly
  • Highlight risks and delays to site and corporate leadership
  • Ensure all stage-gate checks are followed in the transfer of projects across departments - highlight deviations if any

    • B - 1 QUALIFICATIONS :

    BE / B.Tech / M.Tech Chemical Engineering or M Sc Chemistry or MBA

    B - 1 EXPERIENCE :

  • 4 - 9 years of experience in R&D / Analytical or scale-up, Program Management, Project Management.
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Clear thinking and presentation - ability to get into details but also look at overall picture
