Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Ernakulam. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and manage project deliverables to meet expectations. The role involves creating client strategies, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Coordination with internal teams to meet performance goals and resolve client issues promptly is a key aspect of the position.
