Note : Experience with Sail Point Identity IQ (on-premise version) is not equivalent to Identity Now experience. Identity Now is the cloud-based version with a distinct framework and approach for implementing IAM solutions.

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer specializing in Sail Point Identity Now (Cloud) to join our growing team. In this role, you will implement, configure, and manage Identity Now solutions to streamline identity lifecycle processes, enhance security, and ensure compliance across enterprise systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and manage Sail Point Identity Now solutions, including :

Lifecycle management

Access request workflows

Governance features

Application onboarding

Develop and maintain identity policies, roles, and access certification processes.

Integrate Identity Now with cloud applications using direct connectors and APIs.

Configure and manage integrations with systems such as : - Entra ID (Azure AD)

• Net Suite
• Salesforce
• UKG
• Flat file sources

Create and manage workflows, rules, and transforms within Identity Now.

Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

Automate identity lifecycle processes and improve operational efficiency using Power Shell or Python . Ensure compliance with security frameworks and relevant regulations.

Monitor and analyze IAM security risks, providing recommendations for improvements.

Maintain comprehensive documentation, including runbooks, procedures, and system configurations.

Required Qualifications 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, with a strong focus on Sail Point Identity Now / Cloud . Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and troubleshooting sources for : - Entra ID (Azure AD)

Proficient in developing and managing workflows, rules, and transforms in Identity Now.

Strong understanding of RBAC , SAML , OAuth , and SCIM standards. Proficiency in scripting with Power Shell or Python . Experience with Entra ID and other cloud-based authentication methods.

Extensive experience with API integrations and RESTful web services.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
