About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Benefits Administrator to support US employee benefits operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills , a strong service mindset, and prior experience or exposure to the US Healthcare or Employee Benefits domain . This is a full-time Work From Office role based out of Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune .

Role Description

  • Implements and administers employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
  • Ensures HIPPA compliance and data privacy
  • Communicates benefits information to employees, including new hires and existing employees.
  • Processes enrollments, changes, and terminations of employee benefits.
  • Manages billing and payments for employee benefit programs.
  • Resolves issues related to employee benefits, including claims and eligibility.
  • Maintains accurate employee benefits records and files.
  • Assists with the preparation of annual reports and audits related to employee benefits.
  • Provides support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Customer service oriented. Benefits Administration and Insurance coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
