Zoho Engineer

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Zoho One Developer / Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, customizing, implementing, and maintaining solutions across the Zoho One suite, including Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Projects, and other applications. You will play a key role in automating workflows, integrating systems, and optimizing business processes using Zoho tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customize and configure various Zoho applications including CRM, Creator, Flow, Books, Desk, Analytics and others based on business requirements
• Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting for workflows, automation, and integrations
• Create and maintain custom Zoho Creator apps tailored to internal needs
• Integrate Zoho with third-party applications and services using APIs
• Design dashboards, reports, and analytics within Zoho Analytics and other tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho apps and integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend Zoho-based solutions
• Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for end-users
• Ensure data integrity, security, and best practices within the Zoho ecosystem
