Role : MIS & WFM Analyst
Location : Perungalathur
Shift : Flexible to work in night shifts

🔹 Role Purpose
- Must have 3+ years of experience in MIS / WFM.
- Deliver timely, accurate, high-quality MIS reports and dashboards.
- Work hands-on with WFM processes including basic scheduling.
- Support internal and external Theatre stakeholders with meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with management to understand business information needs.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
