Java Developer

a)   Should have worked on Java technology for min 6+ yrs

b)   Excellent in Java, J2EE

c)  Excellent on Struts 2.0, spring 2.5 and Hibernate 3.0 framework

d)  Good hands on with SQL queries

e)  Experienced in at least 1 application servers such as TOMCAT, JBOSS, WAS, Web Logic, OAS,

f)    Aware of SDLC processes and documentation

g)   Aware of source control (SVN, VSS)

h)  Banking or Insurance domain experience preferred.
