Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Platform Administrator (Gainsight) to join our Customer Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the Gainsight platform is optimized to drive engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing platform configurations, ensuring data integrity, and enabling teams with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Platform Administration : Configure, maintain, and enhance the Gainsight platform, including workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation rules.
  • Business Enablement : Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Gainsight solutions.
  • Data Management : Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through best practices and integrations (e.g., Salesforce).
  • User Support & Training : Provide end-user support, develop documentation, and deliver training to ensure adoption and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement : Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement new features to increase platform value.
  • Compliance : Adhere to corporate privacy, data security, and information governance policies.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience : 3+ years as a Gainsight Administrator or in a similar Customer Success / CRM platform administration role.
  • Certification : Gainsight NXT Administrator Level 2 certification strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency with Gainsight, Salesforce CRM, and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of customer success metrics, processes, and lifecycle management.
  • Soft Skills : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
