Requires strong expertise in managing and troubleshooting networking and cloud-based infrastructure .

Open Roles :

Senior Technical Support Engineer (3–8 years experience) Suited for experienced engineers who can lead complex troubleshooting efforts and mentor junior team members.
Staff Technical Support Engineer (9–12 years experience) A strategic role for seasoned experts who drive infrastructure reliability and contribute to architectural decisions.

Key Skills :

Strong background in managing and resolving issues within networking and cloud-based environments

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, or a related discipline

Excellent verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-impact settings

Location : Bangalore, India

Work Mode : Work from office

Shift Timings : (Fixed shifts)

Swing Shift : 4 : 00 PM – 1 : 00 AM IST

Overnight Shift : 12 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 AM IST
