Job descriptionConduct 80–100 calls daily to screen candidates for job fit and availability Schedule interviews and follow up for turnouts and closures Coordinate interviews with internal hiring teams Ensure timely offer rollout and joining formalities Maintain daily recruitment tracker and update progress reports Handle basic HR documentation and pre-joining compliance 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales & trainer Strong communication and telecalling skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
About the Role :
We are seeking a result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end bulk hiring for our fast-paced sales teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding high volumes of sales professionals, especially for field and tele-sales roles.
