Job description4–6 years of experience in M&A, transaction advisory, or corporate finance within BFSI / FinTech sectors. Strong knowledge of financial transaction processing systems and technology-led finance transformation. Expertise in portfolio risk assessment and strategic capital allocation. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced Insurtech environment.

Employment Type : Full-Time, WFO
Experience Required : 4–6 years in Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or BFSI / FinTech sectors
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives, including due diligence, valuation, and post-deal integration.
- Support Transaction Advisory Services for fundraising, partnerships, and joint ventures to accelerate business expansion.
- Oversee Financial Transaction Processing and ensure robust internal controls, compliance, and automation in line with Insurtech best practices.
- Manage core aspects of Corporate Finance including capital structuring, investment evaluation, and liquidity management.
- Build financial strategies tailored to the BFSI and FinTech ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Contribute to Portfolio Risk Management, ensuring resilience and long-term sustainability.
- Drive Strategic Financial Management to optimize resource allocation, improve ROI, and support digital transformation.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders for effective Stakeholder Management, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.
- Apply structured Problem Solving methodologies to address financial challenges and unlock new business opportunities.
