Location : Green Park, New Delhi (Hybrid)
Work Schedule : 6 days / week (3 On-Sit + 3 Remote
Compensation : Stipend + Certificate

Role Responsibilities

Product Mastery : Build a strong understanding of Gradeperfect’s programs, quality standards, and USPs to confidently represent our value proposition in every interaction.

Lead Calling & Conversion : Engage promptly with warm leads, understand parent needs, and position Gradeperfect’s offerings to drive conversions.

Demo Coordination : Schedule and ensure smooth execution of personalized demos, working with the demo team to maximize conversions.

Pipeline & Reporting : Maintain a clean, structured CRM with updated lead statuses, consistent follow-ups, and accurate conversion tracking.

Collaboration with Lead Generation : Work closely with the lead-gen team to maintain a steady flow of qualified leads and share feedback for improving lead quality.

Program Pitching : Qualify leads and recommend suitable programs.

CRM : Maintain accurate CRM lead records.

Follow up : Follow up consistently for conversions.

Candidate Preferences

We’re looking for candidates who :

Growth Oriented and bring energy, enthusiasm, and passion into conversations

Have strong communication skills and are naturally persuasive, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable managing high-touch client relationships

Understand premium education landscapes — IB, IGCSE, Olympiads, SAT, etc. (preferred, not mandatory)

Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where innovation is valued

Friendly and confident phone presence.

Ability to build rapport quickly .

Students or fresh graduates in Business , Commerce , Marketing , Psychology , Education , or related fields preferred.
